PillCat - Privacy Policy

PillCat is a medication tracking app designed to help users manage their daily medication schedules. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2. Data Collection

No personal data is sent to our servers. All data is stored locally on your device only:

• Medication names, dosages, and schedules
• Medication intake records (date and time)
• User notes

3. Data Sharing

Your data is never shared with any third party. The app does not require an internet connection (except for notification permissions). No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used.

4. Device Permissions

• Notifications: Used to send medication reminders at scheduled times.
• Exact Alarm: Required for timely delivery of notifications.
• Vibration: Used for notification vibration.

5. Data Security

All data is stored in your device's local storage (IndexedDB). When you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted. You can use the CSV export feature to back up your data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page.
